So they took the blood from me yesterday then I went home and handed out candy.
I will know within 2 weeks if I got the stuff.
I gotta tell ya all, I am already starting to feel better. I have been able to really concentrate on some therapy and exercise. I love my Bowflex and my wife is nice enough to let me turn my basement into a workout room/organic garden. I am going to try to cultivate my own veggies. It seems healthier than salmonella spinach. Plus where I live the soil sux, and my legs suck enough working in a garden just isn’t going to happen. However if I am standing on the cement in my basement, well no worries!
I am a firm believer you can rehab yourself out of a lot of the issues this shit will throw at you. I remind all of you to make sure you keep healthy. Take your supplements, do your exercises, and if you are on meds for gods sake take them.
Like I said I will keep the site up and my progress going on even if I don’t make the trial. I think you will all be pleasantly surprised at how much better I will get through exercise.
If you are in the Tovaxin trial please contact me at chris@chrishasms.com and let me know how it is going.
Concrete floor Tips: Go to the local automotive parts store and look for tension relief mats … it helps.
Chris,
Well I am hoping for you. I was supposed to give blood on the 27th but the hospital called and canceled. Seems they need some paperwork from the internal hospital people before they can continue anyone in the trial. Now I do not know what to do. But I did get my new Bowflex Revolution and am happy I can get back to exercising. My old bowflex did not fit in the basement and this new one fits in my computer room. So this week is the start of an exercise routine again. Good luck on your bowflex, they are great!
Best Wishes, Barbara
